149 g Red bell pepper - 1.5 medium
Tuna - 1 can
101 g Cucumber - 1/2 medium
15 g Mustard - 1 tbsp
Lettuce - 1 cup shredded
136 g Cherry tomatoes - 8 cherry tomato
Cucumber - 1/4 cup slices
Avocados - 1 fruit
Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp
Mix the tuna with the sliced cucumber and one tbsp of mustard.
Slice bell pepper in half and clean out seeds. Fill both halves with mixture.
Chop all remaining ingredients and toss together well. Drizzle with lemon juice
