Spicy Tuna Salad + 2 sliced bell pepper (on the side)

Tuna - 1 can

27 g Olives - (10 olive)

Scallions - 1/4 cup, chopped

7 g Jalapeno peppers - (1/2 pepper)

Capers - 1 1/2 tbsp, drained

Cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp

Lemon juice - 3 1/4 tbsp

1/2 tbsp Olive oil

Lettuce - 1/4 head (any kind of lettuce or mixed greens)

101 g Avocados - 1/2 fruit

Bell Pepper - 2 medium

Directions

1. Chop olives, finely chop the jalapeno, and dice the lettuce. Combine all of the other ingredients except for the avocado, and then serve over lettuce. Slice avocado and serve on top.

2. Cut bell peppers into slices and enjoy or combine with other ingredients.
