Spicy Tuna Salad + 2 sliced bell pepper (on the side)

● Tuna - 1 can
● 27 g Olives - (10 olive)
● Scallions - 1/4 cup, chopped
● 7 g Jalapeno peppers - (1/2 pepper)
● Capers - 1 1/2 tbsp, drained
● Cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
● Lemon juice - 3 1/4 tbsp
● 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
● Lettuce - 1/4 head (any kind of lettuce or mixed greens)
● 101 g Avocados - 1/2 fruit
● Bell Pepper - 2 medium
Directions
1. Chop olives, finely chop the jalapeno, and dice the lettuce. Combine all of the other ingredients except for the avocado, and then serve over lettuce. Slice avocado and serve on top.
2. Cut bell peppers into slices and enjoy or combine with other ingredients.
